He was 20 minutes late in and I was the first appointment of the morning.
Rate was 35 KD just for the 5 min consultation, which in my experience in Kuwait is expensive - comparing to some other clinics and hospitals. Usually I wouldn't care as I have excellent insurance, but then I was told they didn't take insurance! So now I have to claim somehow...
